Usage Policy

What the product is for

OTP Officials rents temporary virtual numbers so you can receive an SMS one-time code for an app you are allowed to use. You pay for that rental. You use the number only for the service you selected.

Allowed use

Checking your own account, testing a product you build, or buying numbers as a retailer for customers who have the same limits. Follow the law and the terms of any app you verify.

Not allowed

Identity fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, lifting a ban you are not allowed to lift, or any other crime. We may freeze a wallet that looks abusive and refuse further numbers.

If a number cannot receive the OTP

Stay on the waiting screen or refresh it. Try another number on that same paid order if the line does not work. Unused numbers refund automatically when the timer ends or when you cancel in time.
