Terms of Service

The service

OTP Officials sells access to temporary virtual numbers so you can receive an SMS one-time code. We are a reseller. Numbers come from HeroSMS. We do not operate WhatsApp, Telegram, or any third-party app.

Accounts and wallets

Personal, anonymous guest, and retailer accounts all use a prepaid wallet. Purchases debit the wallet. If a code does not arrive before the timer ends, we refund that purchase automatically.

Acceptable use

You must follow the law and the terms of any app you verify. You may not use OTP Officials for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, unauthorized access, or to evade a ban you are not allowed to lift. We may freeze a wallet that looks abusive.

No warranty

Delivery depends on upstream inventory. A number may be unavailable or rejected by the target app. Your remedy is an automatic refund or a replacement number — not damages from the target app.
