Who we are

We provide temporary virtual numbers so you can receive an SMS one-time code. We process personal data as a Nigerian service and follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act and related rules for that processing.

Data we process

Email address, hashed password if you register, wallet ledger, payment status for a checkout, the service and country you pick, the virtual number assigned to you, and the OTP once it arrives. We do not ask for government ID, and we do not sell your data.

Why we process it

To run your account, take payment, rent a number, show you the OTP, email the code when it arrives, refund unused numbers, and stop abuse. That is the contract for the service you requested.

Who else sees it

Our number provider receives the service and country so it can assign a line. Our payment processor sees the amount and checkout details. Hosting runs on Google Cloud and Vercel. Each processor should see only what it needs to complete that step.

How long we keep it

Wallet and activation records stay so we can refund you and show history. OTPs are shown on the waiting screen and, for a verified email, in mail. You may write support@otpofficials.com to close an account. We then delete personal fields we no longer need for accounting or fraud prevention.
