Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 September 2026. OTP Officials (“we”, “us”) operates otpofficials.com.

What we collect

Email address, hashed password, wallet ledger, activation history, and (for retailers) an API key fingerprint. Anonymous sessions receive a generated guest identifier instead of your name. We do not ask for government ID.

How we use it

To create your account, fund your wallet, assign a virtual number from our upstream provider (HeroSMS), show you the OTP, process automatic refunds, and prevent abuse of the service.

Providers

Number inventory is purchased from HeroSMS. Wallet top-ups go through Bachs (hosted checkout and collection.succeeded webhooks). Hosting is on Google Cloud Functions and Vercel. Those processors see only what they need to complete the request.

Retention

Wallet and activation records are kept so we can refund you and show history. You may email support@otpofficials.com to close an account. We then delete personal fields we no longer need for accounting or fraud prevention.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, subject to records we must keep for refunds and legal compliance. All rights reserved © OTP Officials 2026.
